Product Development Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Support seasonal product development from concept through production handoff
• Maintain development calendars, milestone tracking, and WIP reports
• Track sample status, approvals, and development progress across multiple categories
• Cookpilot communication with internal teams and vendor partners regarding development status
• Maintain PLM data, track development milestones, coordinate samples, and ensure product information is complete and accurate throughout the development process

Requirements

• 2-5 years of experience in Product Development or Production support
• Experience working with PLM systems, BOMs, tech packs, or product databases preferred
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Comfortable managing large amounts of product data and information
• Strong communication and follow-up skills
• Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and Microsoft Office
• Experience in apparel, accessories, home goods, or consumer products preferred
