About The Role We are seeking a thoughtful and user-focused Product Designer (UX/UI) to join our expanding product team. In this role, you will be instrumental in designing simple, intuitive, and engaging user experiences across the CareerSwift platform. You will be involved in the entire product design lifecycle, from understanding user needs and mapping user flows to creating wireframes, prototypes, and polished interfaces. Collaboration is key; you will work closely with Product Managers, Business Analysts, and Engineering teams to translate product requirements into practical and aesthetically pleasing design solutions. Your contributions will directly impact how job seekers interact with our AI-powered tools and services, shaping the overall user experience and ensuring our platform remains accessible and user-friendly. Qualifications 1–3 years of experience in product design, UX/UI design, or a related field.Strong portfolio demonstrating web or digital product design skills.Proficiency with Figma or similar design tools.Good understanding of UX principles, user flows, wireframing, and responsive design.Strong attention to detail and ability to balance user needs with business requirements.Effective collaboration skills with cross-functional teams including Product, Engineering, and Business. Responsibilities Design intuitive user experiences and interfaces across the CareerSwift platform to enhance user engagement.Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs to communicate ideas effectively.Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to translate requirements into effective design solutions.Conduct basic user research and incorporate feedback to identify opportunities for improvement.Maintain and contribute to design systems, reusable components, and UI guidelines to ensure consistency.Review implemented designs and work with developers to ensure quality and fidelity.Iterate on designs based on user feedback, product performance data, and evolving business goals.
