Lemonlight is a parent company that serves both large brands and small businesses, shipping over 50,000 videos to date. They have a global crew, an in-house pre-production team, and facilities including a sound stage and studio.

Job Description

We need a designer and product thinker to bridge the gap between the services and SaaS sides of the company. This person will:

• Collaborate with services and SaaS teams to ensure effective market entry
• Create high-quality brand creative across email, web, ads, and social media
• Elevate Lemonlight's visual language and produce Hero's SaaS brand identity
• Design and execute conversion experiments on marketing sites
• Own the front-end development for lemonlight.com and herovideo.ai

Requirements

• Demonstrate proven design craft with measurable impacts on web, email, ads, and social media projects
• Show proven ability to deploy from concept to production, with examples of sites built and explained
• Have experience leveraging leading AI tools beyond basic models and chaining them together for faster market entry
• Prove ability to manage projects from ideation to deployment, including stakeholder management
• Show comfort switching between multiple brand voices and design systems
• Be based in Los Angeles, working in-person with key stakeholders

Nice to Have

• Mastery of Framer beyond basic building
• Leverage experiments launched at scale with measurable impact and documented learnings
• Experience maintaining distinct identities across multiple brands
• Video editing skills, especially deployed to web or in-product
• Familiarity with activation and acquisition metrics beyond landing page CVR
• Performance marketing experience, including launching ads and analyzing their performance
• Video production background or fluency with industry terminology
• Proven experiments launched to market with strong experimentation frameworks showing measurable outcomes
