What You Will Do
- Evolve standardized software into deeply configurable accounting and investor management systems that scale to meet institutional demands.
- Design and prototype radically new experiences using AI agents to automate and transform legacy back-office financial workflows.
- Conduct regular customer research to clarify complex problems and deliver high-quality interaction and visual designs across financial products.
The Ideal Candidate
- 7+ years of experience as a product designer, with a proven track record in complex financial or enterprise systems.
- Expert systems thinker with the interaction and visual design skills required to maintain a high bar for craft.
- Excited by the challenge of rebuilding core financial infrastructure and rethinking interfaces for growth, quality, and AI integration.
