Product Designer - Cloud - long-term contract - flexible location

Responsibilities

• Involvement in every aspect of the product development process, from ideation to product release.
• Collaboration with service designers, UX researchers, software engineers, product managers, and stakeholders to create user experiences.
• Synthesis of user insights into differentiating concepts.
• Evaluation and validation of product usability with users, customers, and internal stakeholders.
• Contribution to product vision and product releases.
• Communication of design concepts through sketches, wireframes, and prototypes.
• Advocacy for the ultimate user experience.
• Co-creation of a design-centric strategy for the platform experience.
• Building strong relationships with cross-functional peers and stakeholders.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience as a product designer.
• Demonstrated experience designing enterprise solutions for multiple systems.
• A proven track record of shipped products with a strong graphic design sensibility.
• Understanding of the software development process is a plus.
• Self-motivated, able to work independently but also collaborative and driven by group critique.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to challenge others creatively.
• Highly skilled in Figma.
• Ability to communicate design concepts through sketches, prototypes, and wireframes.
• Experience working in a highly technical environment.
• Strong advocacy for design implementation.
