Product Designer

This role supports enterprise software, platform systems, product maturity, and long-range operating continuity through structured technical contribution and accountable execution.

About the Role

Product Designer is part of Willsfly Technologies Inc’s global product engineering hiring system. This role operates within a connected U.S. and India product engineering structure, where product maturity, execution quality, and delivery clarity are expected. The position is architecture-conscious with a focus on long-horizon software continuity and structured delivery accountability.

Responsibilities

• Design product experiences aligned to enterprise workflows, role logic, and scalable interaction models.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to improve usability, clarity, and continuity.
• Support design systems and interaction patterns for structured enterprise product environments.
• Translate operating complexity into clear and high-quality user journeys.
• Contribute to product thinking that values function, context, and enterprise readiness.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in product design, UX systems, or enterprise interface design.
• Strong understanding of interaction design, workflow context, and product usability.
• Ability to work across product, engineering, and business stakeholders.
• Experience designing scalable software experiences.
• Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, Product Design, or related discipline preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with enterprise software, SaaS systems, or design system environments.
• Exposure to workflow-centered product design and role-aware interfaces.
• Understanding of maintainable design language across product ecosystems.
• UX/product design certification is a plus.

Pay

Salary Range: $105K – $140K + bonus + benefits
