Metabolic is a specialist metabolic medicine clinic focusing on four key areas: weight management and obesity, diabetes and pre-diabetes, cardiovascular risk, and hormonal and thyroid health. We provide comprehensive diagnostics and tailor-made solutions, not just a digital service.

Role

We are seeking a Product Designer to lead the design of Metabolic’s entire digital ecosystem. This includes the mobile app, web platforms, patient-facing features, clinician-facing tools, and the design system itself. The role requires ownership and decision-making, with a focus on delivering real-world impact from day one.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in designing digital products across mobile and web
• Real experience owning or significantly contributing to a design system
• Strong data visualization skills, including dashboards and complex information design
• Experience working in small teams and making decisions under uncertainty
• Technical fluency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Excellent written communication skills
• Genuine curiosity about AI in design
• Ability to take and give feedback effectively
• Strong understanding of regulatory compliance in healthcare

Skills

• Figma at a high level, including components, variables, auto-layout, prototyping, and developer handoff
• Working knowledge of AI-powered design tools
• Enough technical fluency to inspect CSS and review component implementations
• Experience with tools like Framer, Webflow, or similar for prototype creation beyond Figma
• An opinion on what good looks like in AI-native product design
