Product Designer — AI UX / Product Experience

This role involves shaping product direction, understanding complex workflows, and contributing novel ideas to define AI-native workflows.

Responsibilities

• Deep dive into complex technical workflows
• Partner with engineering and product teams to clarify ambiguous areas
• Ship high-quality, iterative work quickly
• Contribute to defining best practices for AI-native workflows
• Be a voice that raises the level of the team

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in product design
• Exceptional taste and judgment in product and design
• AI-forward thinking, designing with and around AI-augmented workflows
• A rigorous thinker, able to frame problems clearly and ask insightful questions
• A systems thinker, comfortable with complexity and technical products
• B2B / enterprise background, designing for enterprise or B2B products
• Comfortable with ambiguity and working in high-velocity environments

Qualifications

• Fluent in AI, with up-to-date intuition for AI products and workflow design
• Proven ability to introduce new ideas and patterns to a team
• Strong portfolio showing both strong thinking and real execution
• Technical fluency, either from a CS background or years of experience in developer-facing products
