Product Design Intern
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with product design concepts through sketching, CAD modeling, and visual communication.
- Support prototype development, product testing, and design validation activities.
- Participate in customer research, usability evaluations, and design reviews.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Product Management, Manufacturing, and Marketing teams on development projects.
- Create and maintain design documentation, presentations, and technical drawings.
- Help identify opportunities for product improvements and innovation.
Compensation
Successful candidates in this role are expected to earn $24 - $27 per hour. Pay is based on several factors including work experience, education, geographic location, certifications, and other relevant considerations.

Profit Sharing
In 2026 Andersen has set a profit-sharing target of $3,600 per eligible employee, prorated as appropriate. Profit Sharing will be paid out in quarterly installments to provide eligible employees with payments throughout the year, with payment amounts tied to quarterly operating profit performance.
