Product Design Engineer

We are seeking a Product Design Engineer responsible for developing and improving pump and flow measurement products by translating sales and marketing specifications into robust engineering solutions. Key Duties Include Designing new products and enhancing existing ones using SolidWorks and Finite Element Analysis (FEA)Performing mechanical analyses such as force, stress, and deflection to ensure product reliabilityDeveloping components like bearings, bushings, gears, and connections to meet structural and functional standardsCollaborating with cross-functional teams for product development, testing, and troubleshootingCreating and validating test plans, analyzing performance data, and ensuring compliance with industry standards and certificationsProviding technical support to internal teams, customers, and suppliersMentoring junior engineers and managing project planning and documentation Qualifications Include Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineeringAt least 3 years of relevant experienceProficiency in SolidWorks and FEA toolsKnowledge of manufacturing processes and materials including metals and plasticsStrong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skillsAbility to develop project plans and work effectively in team environments This role involves limited travel and is onsite, with responsibilities focused on ensuring high-quality, manufacturable products that meet industry standards and customer needs.
