Responsibilities
- Lead the design vision for the company’s entire product platform
- Establish design standards and influence high-level strategic decisions
- Drive company-wide discovery efforts aligning business ambitions with user-centered design
- Facilitate strategic sessions with executive teams advocating for customer perspectives
- Mentor senior and principal designers, raising design fluency across the organization
- Stay attuned to UX trends and competitive products, integrating insights for strategic advantage
- Promote AI adoption in design practices throughout the company
Qualifications
- Degree in a related field or relevant work experience as a Product Designer
- 15+ years of experience as a Product Designer, with leadership experience across complex product portfolios
- Proficiency in leveraging AI-powered design tools in workflows
