Product Demonstrator ($18/hr PLUS Commission)

About the role

LeafFilter Gutter Protection, a rapidly growing home improvement company, is seeking Part‑time Retail Marketers. Candidates should have excellent verbal communication skills, be self‑motivated, dependable, and have reliable transportation. Selected applicants will work on‑site at various retail stores, with hours and days varying and weekend availability required. The role offers immediate hire, paid weekly, and the opportunity to earn full‑time pay while working part‑time hours.

The Retail Marketer will attend pre‑scheduled shifts in retail stores and generate leads for the local office through ongoing interaction with potential customers, responsible for exceeding issued lead targets and goals set by the Retail Event Marketing Manager.

Responsibilities

• Interact with potential customers and provide product demonstrations using high energy and positive engagement techniques
• Work well without close supervision while keeping the manager informed
• Meet predetermined performance goals
• Generate high‑quality leads for industry‑leading products

Requirements

• Willingness to work weekends (Friday, Saturday, Sunday)
• Attention to detail and punctuality

Pay

• Starting pay: $18/hour plus commission
• Commission opportunities enable motivated marketers to earn $25+/hour
• Compensation increases based on performance

Schedule
