Product Demonstrator ($18/hr + COmmission)

Job Summary

The Retail Marketer will attend pre‑scheduled shifts in retail stores and generate leads for the local office through ongoing interaction with potential customers. The role is responsible for exceeding lead targets and goals set by the Retail Event Marketing Manager.

Responsibilities

• Interact with potential customers and provide product demonstrations using high energy and positive engagement techniques.
• Work independently while keeping the manager informed of activities and results.
• Meet predetermined performance goals and exceed issued lead targets.
• Generate high‑quality leads for industry‑leading products.

Requirements

• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Self‑motivated, dependable, and reliable transportation.
• Willingness to work weekday evenings (Monday‑Thursday) and weekend availability.
• Attention to detail and punctuality.
• Smartphone required.
• High level of energy and engagement for long periods.
• Ability to utilize the proven system to generate leads for the #1 rated product.

Pay

Compensation starts at $18 per hour plus commission. Commission opportunities allow motivated marketers to earn $25 +/hour, with compensation increasing based on performance. Pay is issued weekly (every Friday).

Schedule

Part‑time retail marketing shifts at various retail stores. Hours and days vary; weekend availability is required. Must be willing to work weekday evenings (Monday‑Thursday). Flexible scheduling is offered.
