Product Converting Operator

Role Overview

Kodak is looking for Product Converting Operators to operate a variety of Film converting and packaging equipment.

Responsibilities

• Complete Operator training programs
• Rotate through various jobs as needed
• Work in Dark and Light room conditions
• Maintain strict adherence to operational safety procedures and quality standards

Required Skills

• Good communication skills, both written and verbal
• Detail Oriented
• Team Player
• Ability to express oneself clearly, read job related material, write effectively, and comprehend a variety of work requests
• Maintain a clean work area and always operate in a safe manner
• Ability to obtain a powered industrial truck (fork truck) license at Kodak
• Good Manual Dexterity
• Willing to work overtime if needed or adjust work schedule based on business needs
• Desire to continually improve oneself

Schedule

• 8 hour Mon-Fri work schedule
• Must have reliable transportation that is available for any/all shift configurations

Physical Requirements

• Willing and able to lift and move objects up to 40 pounds
• Ability to work a rotating shift schedule if needed
• Ability to work in Dark Room

Qualifications

• Required Education: High School Diploma (or equivalent) – Some college or Associates Degree preferred but not required
• Years of Experience: Some manufacturing or technical experience preferred but not required

Pay

Estimated Salary: $20.00 - $24.00
