Role Overview
Kodak is looking for Product Converting Operators to operate a variety of Film converting and packaging equipment.
Responsibilities
- Complete Operator training programs
- Rotate through various jobs as needed
- Work in Dark and Light room conditions
- Maintain strict adherence to operational safety procedures and quality standards
Required Skills
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal
- Detail Oriented
- Team Player
- Ability to express oneself clearly, read job related material, write effectively, and comprehend a variety of work requests
- Maintain a clean work area and always operate in a safe manner
- Ability to obtain a powered industrial truck (fork truck) license at Kodak
- Good Manual Dexterity
- Willing to work overtime if needed or adjust work schedule based on business needs
- Desire to continually improve oneself
Schedule
- 8 hour Mon-Fri work schedule
- Must have reliable transportation that is available for any/all shift configurations
Physical Requirements
- Willing and able to lift and move objects up to 40 pounds
- Ability to work a rotating shift schedule if needed
- Ability to work in Dark Room
Qualifications
- Required Education: High School Diploma (or equivalent) – Some college or Associates Degree preferred but not required
- Years of Experience: Some manufacturing or technical experience preferred but not required
Pay
Estimated Salary: $20.00 - $24.00
