Product Control Engineer-Supply Chain

Key Responsibilities

• Supports manufacturing specifications and Bill-of-Material(BOM) throughout product life cycle.
• Operates as a key support role in direct support of engineering development.
• Plans, tracks, schedules, and delivers early prototype samples of our products to internal and external customers during New Product Implementation (NPI) and sustaining product phases.
• Collaborates with multiple functional teams including product engineering and supply chain to address materials shortages, backlog issues, and potential schedule disruptions.
• Establishes sample schedules, labor loading, and capacity requirements based on engineering plans and production specifications.
• Oversees master schedules and ensures comprehensive compliance with materials requirements for manufacturing operations.
• Engages in small to medium-scale process improvement projects to enhance efficiency and productivity.
• Participates in related projects and assignments as needed.

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE

• Experience with material planning, logistics, and scheduling.
• Ability to learn and pay close attention to details.
• Strong organizational, time management skills with excellent interpersonal and communication abilities, both locally and internationally.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Processes-oriented thinking.
• Experience with prototyping of electronic components is advantageous.
• Familiarity with semiconductors and/or supply chain is a plus.

Academic Credentials

• New graduates are welcome.
• Equivalent combination of training and experience with a degree in relevant field (2-3 years of proven track record preferred).
