Product Contracting Associate | Hybrid

About the role

The Product Contract Group is responsible for driving results, delivering innovative products, and contributing to the financial strength of the company. One of its primary roles is to draft contract forms for new or enhanced products and obtain state regulatory approval for their use.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and manage regulatory filings to obtain timely state approvals of contract forms
• Create new filings, review team members' filings, and facilitate communication with internal stakeholders and external regulators
• Drive the team's productivity through proactive process management, including activity tracking and metrics, document retention, and other process-related activities
• Maintain and enhance the team’s operation processes to ensure consistency and efficiency
• Monitor the status of filings with DOI (via SERFF)

Requirements

• Basic knowledge of contract drafting and regulatory research
• Advanced degree required: Must hold a JD or obtain within 6 months of hire
• You must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without requiring immigration sponsorship now or in the future

$58,000 - $86,000 (exclusive of company benefits or other compensation)
