Responsibilities

• Embed with product teams to integrate compliance requirements during the design phase
• Conduct compliance reviews and product risk assessments for new product launches
• Lead product governance, document compliance requirements, and track implementation
• Evaluate emerging products for compliance risk with product and business stakeholders

Requirements

• 7+ years building and managing compliance programs in regulated financial services
• Working knowledge of regulatory compliance and financial crime or AML practice

Skills

• Stablecoin, crypto, or emerging payments product compliance experience (preferred)
• ACAMS, CRCM, or ICA certification (preferred)
• SQL abilities (preferred)
