Product & Client Transformation Office: Real Assets Client Solutions – Vice President
About the role
The Transformation Office at Citco is dedicated to creating a consistent ability to standardize and optimize the organization. By integrating expertise across process, platform, and line of business, we provide clear direction and governance for change, enabling CFS to continuously evolve and scale to meet the demands of the market, business, and clients.
Responsibilities
- Partner with clients and internal business teams to assess fund servicing requirements, identify operational challenges, and support the design of target operating models and technology solutions.
- Support transformation initiatives across the real assets business, driving process optimization, operational efficiency, and platform enhancements.
- Design and implement strategic client transformation engagements by collaborating with clients and the wider Citco business.
- Provide subject matter expertise and deep product knowledge of Real Assets.
- Work closely with Business Analysts and broader project and business teams to define business requirements and support implementation activities.
- Assist with business requirements' sign-off, testing, and development sign-off for initiatives in your specialized area.
- Collaborate with leadership to identify and prioritize key areas for transformation, ensuring a strategic and cohesive approach.
- Engage with internal stakeholders to communicate the benefits and implications of transformation initiatives.
- Support the execution of transformation projects by identifying risks, contributing to meetings, and providing overall project reporting via the project manager.
- Maintain a proactive approach to staying updated on industry changes and technology advancements.
- Mentor and support junior team members to foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the Transformation Office.
Qualifications
- 7-10 years of real assets industry experience.
- Professional Certificate, Bachelor, Master level degree. Client-facing experience in financial services industry essential.
- Strong knowledge of real assets (real estate, infrastructure, natural capital, and real estate debt) and private equity fund structures, fund types, and asset operations essential.
- Familiarity with investment accounting rules and standards and regulatory reporting beneficial.
- Understanding of operational workflows, fund administration processes, and investment servicing models beneficial.
- Business development and client relationship management experience beneficial.
- Experience in leading business transformation initiatives beneficial.
- Familiarity with Yardi Voyager beneficial.
- Strong understanding of technology trends and their application in industry.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with the ability to translate business needs into practical operational solutions.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- Ability to influence stakeholders and contribute effectively across cross-functional teams.
