Product Attorney
About the role
The PositionAn innovative global technology company is seeking an experienced Product Counsel to support a high-growth business line focused on expanding a two-sided marketplace platform. This role sits at the intersection of product, operations, and business teams, advising on new initiatives, growth strategies, and user-facing features. The position offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment where legal plays a key role in enabling the business.
Responsibilities
- Partner closely with product managers and business stakeholders to navigate complex legal issues, provide practical guidance, and help scale legal support through efficient frameworks and processes.
- Advise on consumer protection, marketing/advertising, privacy, or platform-related issues.
Requirements
- Strong product counseling experience within a tech-driven organization.
- Comfortable handling a high volume of work.
- Pragmatic, solutions-oriented mindset.
Qualifications
- Law degree from an accredited law school.
- Admitted to practice law in good standing in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
Skills
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience with legal research and analysis.

Pay
This project starts ASAP, is 6 months with a likelihood of extension, is fully remote, and requires 40 hours/week. The hourly rate for this assignment is expected to be between $105 and $110. This range is an estimate; an employee’s compensation will be based on the employee’s qualifications, skillset, and relevant experience, specific client needs, project requirements, and other considerations permitted by law.
