Summary

Gainwell Technologies is seeking a Product Strategist, Medicaid Claims Transformation to lead Medicaid claims-related product domains as part of the transformation of our core adjudication products.

What We're Looking For

• 12+ years of experience in Product Management, Software Development, Consulting, Technical Support, Business Analysis, and Data Analysis
• Proven ability to drive product strategy, innovation, and business outcomes
• Deep expertise in Product Systems Design, Customization Strategies, and Integrating Software and Technology Solutions
• Strong understanding of Technology Architecture, Mainframe Environments, Scheduling Software, and Related Enterprise Technologies
• Experience partnering with clients and stakeholders to translate business, technical, and data requirements into scalable product solutions
• Demonstrated strengths in Product Development Methodologies, Strategic Planning, Analytical Problem Solving, Decision Making, and Prioritizing Initiatives in Complex Environments
• Experience with AI Product use cases, solution design, and the application of artificial intelligence technologies to enhance business and product outcomes is preferred

Pay

The pay range for this position is $108,500.00 - $155,000.00 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
