About the role
You own the heart of the programmable bank: Payments and Accounts. The full global payment stack - US rails (ACH, FedWire, FedNow), international Swift, European schemes (SEPA, SEPA Instant, FPS), and the programmable accounts layer: DDAs, FBOs, and virtual accounts. Each is both a technical layer and a commercial product.
Responsibilities
- Challenge the status quo - to understand what's possible on these rails and push further.
- Ship products that offer customers something they've never been able to get from a bank before.
- Work with design and engineering to develop the platform to uniquely solve for customer needs.
- Operate with full autonomy on your team's roadmap.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience end-to-end owning and building payments or banking products.
- Technical enough to spar on architectural decisions with engineers.
- Comfortable in customer-facing roles - you've pitched, demoed, and closed early adopters yourself.

Pay
The annual US base salary range for this role is $150,000-$200,000 + equity.
