Accountabilities

  • Own and execute product portfolio strategy, ensuring roadmaps align with emerging customer needs and market opportunities.
  • Define product vision, strategy, and priorities for solutions focused on enterprise AI orchestration, data capabilities, and mission-driven technologies.
  • Maintain product roadmaps and backlogs while supporting empowered product teams through effective prioritization and decision-making.
  • Partner with sales, growth, engineering, design, customers, and leadership teams to understand market dynamics and identify strategic investments.
  • Translate complex customer challenges into clear product opportunities and actionable strategies.
  • Coach product managers and UX professionals on product practices, discovery, prioritization, and execution excellence.
  • Drive adoption of user-centered product approaches and help establish a strong product operating model.
  • Collaborate with executives and cross-functional leaders to create an environment where teams can innovate and deliver effectively.
  • Balance strategic leadership with hands-on contribution, stepping in to solve challenges and accelerate delivery when needed.
  • Communicate product vision, strategy, progress, and outcomes to internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Proven experience leading product strategy and managing product portfolios in technology-driven organizations.
  • Experience building products for government users, particularly within environments involving complex requirements or technology constraints.
  • Background supporting information operations, intelligence, targeting, defense, or related mission-focused domains.
  • Experience with artificial intelligence technologies, including agentic AI, generative AI, natural language processing, large language models, or advanced analytics deployed at scale.
  • Experience using AI-assisted approaches to accelerate product development and engineering practices.
  • Experience managing B2B products with significant customer support, services, or consulting components.
  • Strong understanding of product management methodologies, roadmap development, user research, and customer-focused innovation.
  • Ability to coach and mentor product professionals while influencing broader organizational practices.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate with executives, technical teams, and customers.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to identify high-value problems and create solutions that improve customer outcomes.
  • Experience working with military or intelligence communities and familiarity with government acquisition cycles is preferred.
  • Active TS or TS/SCI clearance is a plus but not required.
