Responsibilities
- Conduct product certification assessments and deliver findings to clients
- Recommend the issue, re-issue, or withdrawal of certificates based on compliance
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring excellent service and account growth
- Lead assessment teams and mentor colleagues when required
- Plan and schedule audits efficiently, maximizing time and revenue opportunities
- Schedule visits, conduct assessments, and ensure smooth operations for assigned clients
Requirements
- College degree AA or higher (or equivalent certification or work experience)
- Expertise in PED specific technical quality assessment
- Must have ISO 9001 Lead Auditor course completion
- Generic knowledge of management system auditing practices
- Knowledge of general office practices, information systems, documentation systems, and technology including computers
- Knowledge of the specific services, products, processes and organizational structure of the client
- Knowledge of the outcomes of prior audit activities of the client
- Knowledge of competences of the audit team members for the client
- Demonstrate passion for the business and can inspire others
- Ensure business is conducted in an ethical manner
- Have a commercial focus, understanding customers’ needs and adding value
- Understand Structural or Mechanical Systems including Pressure Equipment Devices
Qualifications
- Relevant pressure equipment engineering competence including an understanding of manufacturing, welding, NDT and materials
- Experience across Pressure Vessels, Piping Systems, Boilers, Heat Exchangers and associated pressure accessories and assemblies is a major advantage
