Product Assembler Technician (IHC)

A Day in the Life
An Assembler's day involves going to various customers' homes throughout the day to assemble products. They will work independently and need their own reliable transportation to reach customers' homes. Work schedules include Monday - Sunday, with hours to be determined based on customer requests. They will need to provide their own tools. They offer a top-rated paid certification program to get started quickly. They make a base rate of $20/HR during training and earn wages under a Piece-Rate Pay model once they have completed training.
In-Home Product Assembler Technician Duties
- Daily, receive customer orders to complete installation or assembly jobs in customers’ homes
- Communicate with the customer to confirm all appointments
- Confirm work orders to make sure assembling/repairing the correct product
- Assemble product to National Assembler’s specifications
- Build strong rapport with customers and ensure 100% satisfaction by delivering good customer service and quality product
- Leave customers’ homes neat and clean (free of all trash)
- Complete follow-up notes in NAI’s system after job completion

- Excellent Communicator: Strong ability to communicate with all types of customers and diffuse difficult situations. Strong customer service is a must
Requirements
- You must be able to lift 40 pounds
- You must have your own RELIABLE transportation
- You must have a valid Driver's License and auto insurance
- This job requires regular travel, with most jobs landing within a 75-mile radius of your home
- Candidates must adhere to all job requirements and safety guidelines
