Product and Process Analyst
About The Role
The Governance, Product, and Risk Oversight (GoPRO) Analyst supports fiduciary governance execution, fiduciary oversight reporting, and administrative coordination across Wealth & Asset Management (W&AM). Initiates, maintains, and manages group projects, leveraging strong problem-solving skills. Responsible for coordinating with colleagues across W&AM, as well as Investment Operations, Information Technology, and other departments.
Your Responsibilities
The responsibilities for this role are below; you may support projects of varying complexity based on skill and organizational priorities.
- Governance Reporting Support: Prepare fiduciary governance and oversight reporting.
- Monitoring & Controls: Execute fiduciary monitoring and administrative controls.
- Audit & Review Support: Assist with fiduciary‑related audits, reviews, and issue tracking.
- Documentation Management: Maintain governance documentation and reporting tools.
- Process Improvement Support: Support process and system enhancement initiatives.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required. A major in Finance, Accounting, Economics or Business Administration preferred.
- Experience in investments, operations, analytics, or fiduciary support roles.
Required Skills
Qualified candidates will possess a moderate degree of proficiency (typically from 3-5 years of work or practical experience), in:
- Investment & Fiduciary Knowledge: Working knowledge of fixed income and equity securities, market dynamics, and fiduciary concepts within wealth management.
- Analytical & Technical Skills: Produces accurate fiduciary and investment reporting using advanced Excel and business intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI, Business Objects).
- Attention to Detail: Ensures accuracy in documentation, controls, and reporting outputs.
- Collaboration & Communication: Communicates effectively with cross‑functional partners using clear written and verbal communication.
