Product Analyst / Business Systems Analyst - Hybrid

Genesis10 is currently seeking a Product Analyst / Business Systems Analyst for a contract to hire role with a Regional Health Insurance Provider located in Eagan, MN. This role will require 2 days onsite per week, three days may be worked remotely. Compensation: $70.00 - $80.00 per hour, W2, based on qualifications Position Overview: This person will partner with business and technical teams to support ITS processes, healthcare payer integrations, data mapping, and functional requirements. The role involves investigating issues, documenting requirements, coordinating ITS activities, and supporting reliable data exchange across systems. The work is approximately 50% ITS, 30% data mapping, and 20% functional requirements. Key Responsibilities: Gather and document business, functional, and technical requirementsPerform source-to-target data mapping and define transformation requirementsSupport ITS processes and integrationsCoordinate ITS-related communications and follow-ups with the inter-plan governing associationReview batch-job execution and investigate processing or data issuesUse SQL to query databases and analyze dataSupport data mapping across files, ETL processes, and APIsPartner with business, development, architecture, testing, and Scrum teamsTrack outstanding items and help keep teams alignedSupport testing, issue resolution, and project documentation Primary Requirements: Approximately 3-4+ years of relevant Business Analyst or Business Systems Analyst experienceHealthcare payer or health insurance industry experienceExperience with ITS and/or related healthcare payer systemsStrong data mapping experienceWorking SQL proficiency and the ability to navigate databases and investigate dataStrong analytical, communication, coordination, and documentation skills Desired Skills: Direct ITS experienceHealthcare claims experienceExperience reviewing batch jobs and supporting operational issue resolutionExperience coordinating with the inter-plan governing association If you have the described qualifications and are interested in this exciting opportunity, please apply!
