Product Analyst

Position Overview

This is a full time, in person role located in RTP, NC. This individual will be a driving force in helping us grow our company and ensure successful implementations with our biotech and pharma clients.

What You’ll Do

• Serve as the technical representative in client interactions.
• Consult clients on best practices, implement our platform to meet study requirements, and collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure successful delivery.
• Manage the product experience end-to-end, from initial setup through ongoing optimization.
• Partner with product management, sales engineering, and relationship management teams to identify improvement opportunities and guide new features through the software development lifecycle.

Candidates

• Currently hold or be pursuing a bachelor’s degree by December 2026 with a GPA of 3.5 or greater.
• Computer Science majors are preferred, but anyone who believes they are a strong candidate is encouraged to apply.
• You do not need programming experience.
