Product Analyst

About the role

We are seeking a skilled Product Analyst for a 9-month temporary hybrid assignment. The selected candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to gather, analyze, and interpret product-related data, generate insights, and support decision-making to enhance product strategy, development, and performance. This role requires periodic onsite presence (1-2 days per week) at our Columbus, OH office.

Responsibilities

• Analyze product performance data and identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and business stakeholders to define and refine product requirements.
• Prepare detailed reports, dashboards, and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations.
• Support the development and enhancement of product roadmaps through research and data analysis.
• Assist in defining KPIs and measuring product success against established benchmarks.
• Ensure data accuracy and consistency across multiple sources.

Requirements

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in tools such as Excel, SQL, or data visualization platforms (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
• Experience working in a hybrid environment with effective collaboration both in-person and remotely.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Prior experience in product analysis, business analysis, or a related field is preferred.
