About the role
The Product Analyst serves as a key contributor responsible for the day-to-day administration and support of the Firm’s financial reporting and analytics platforms and related systems.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate financial reporting and analysis needs; incorporate best practices in developed solutions.
- Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, including Web developers, Data and Engineering Analysts, and outside consultants to translate business needs into actionable plans.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to develop and manage business intelligence solutions and facilitate effective communication of business requirements for the organization.
- Conduct data integration, import and export projects.
- Provide consultative end-user support on questions and technical issues.
- Proactively identify and implement opportunities to improve and/or add to the experience financial platform and related processes and integration sources.
- Create and maintain updates for standard configuration documentation and related end-user materials for the experience financial platform and related systems.
- Cultivate knowledge and develop a strong understanding of the financial management platform, including its content architecture, system configuration, and integrated data sources, to support business operations and team objectives.
Requirements
- A Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university.
- A minimum of two years of relevant experience.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word and PowerPoint.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple assignments with competing deadlines and priorities.
Preferred
- Familiarity with legal technology.
- Experience working with practice-related information and processes.
- Basic understanding of law firm structure and business practices, as well as practice-specific terminology.

Pay
The target salary range for this role is $84,000 - $108,000 if located in Illinois. Salaries vary by location and are based on numerous factors, including, but not limited to, the relevant market, skills, experience, and education of the selected candidate.
