About the Role

The Product Analyst is responsible for identifying business needs, defining solution requirements, and ensuring successful delivery of key initiatives. This role leads discovery and requirements-gathering efforts, translating complex business challenges into actionable solutions while balancing operational, regulatory, and customer considerations. Working across business and technology teams, the analyst drives alignment and ensures partner needs are accurately represented throughout the project lifecycle. The role also supports solution validation, process improvement, change readiness, and continuous enhancement efforts to deliver scalable and organizational results.

  • Lead analysis activities, including crafting detailed requirements, documentation, business impact assessments, and future-state solution design.
  • Build strong partnerships across business, operations, technology, and compliance teams to facilitate collaboration, stakeholder alignment, and effective decision-making.
  • Support solution delivery through requirements testing, business acceptance validation, implementation readiness, and post-deployment support.

Requirements

The ideal candidate brings experience in business analysis, process improvement, and solution delivery within financial services, equity compensation, or related industries. They possess strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, demonstrating skill in evaluating complex business situations and developing practical, scalable solutions. Success in this role requires excellent communication and leadership skills, enabling effective collaboration across both business and technical teams. The individual demonstrates strong ownership, adaptability, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize while maintaining a focus on quality and business outcomes.

  • Proven experience gathering, documenting, managing, and validating complex business and functional requirements.
  • Strong analytical, critical thinking, process analysis, and problem-solving skills with experience supporting business transformation and solution implementation.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, negotiation, and partner management capabilities with a proven track record to influence cross-functional teams.
