About the role
We are seeking a Product Analyst, Advisor I to join our team at Fiserv. As a key member of the Card Services and Issuer business, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of AI and data strategies.
Responsibilities
- Help define and evolve the AI and data strategy for the Card Services and Issuer business, identifying opportunities to create competitive advantages through data, analytics, and emerging AI capabilities.
- Evaluate market trends, client needs, and technological advancements to recommend new AI-driven products, features, and business opportunities.
- Partner with Product, Data Science, Engineering, and business stakeholders to translate strategic objectives into AI-enabled product roadmaps and prioritized initiatives.
- Define product requirements, success metrics, governance frameworks, and implementation plans for AI, machine learning, and data-driven solutions.
- Lead cross-functional efforts to bring AI-powered capabilities from concept through delivery, adoption, and scale.
- Analyze product performance, business outcomes, and model effectiveness to continuously improve AI-driven experiences and decision-making.
- Act as a thought partner to senior leadership on AI innovation, product direction, and the long-term evolution of Cards data and intelligence capabilities.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in product management, product strategy, analytics, data science, or a related discipline.
- Experience defining product vision, strategy, and roadmaps for data, analytics, AI, or digital products.
- Experience identifying, evaluating, and commercializing AI, machine learning, or advanced analytics opportunities.
- Strong ability to translate business objectives and emerging technologies into product requirements, investment priorities, and measurable outcomes.
- Experience influencing cross-functional teams and executive stakeholders to align around strategic product initiatives.
- Familiarity with AI/ML concepts, large language models, predictive analytics, recommendation systems, or agent-based solutions.
Experience that would be great to have
- Experience developing AI strategy within financial services, payments, banking, or card ecosystems.
- Knowledge of issuer processing, cardholder engagement, transaction data, enrichment, fraud, risk, or loyalty solutions.
- Experience launching AI-enabled products or analytics platforms at enterprise scale.
- Experience working with modern data platforms and AI ecosystems, including cloud-native analytics and machine learning environments.
How You'll Work
This role is on-site Monday through Friday. Fiserv considers in-person collaboration to be an essential part of this role as in-person office experiences help you with your overall onboarding experience and leads to stronger productivity. This role requires use of a computer and audio equipment. Travel: This role requires occasional travel (up to 10%).

Salary Range
$100,000.00 - $165,600.00
