Your Role as a Producing Branch Manager

• Drive loan production through strategic sales and business development
• Recruit, train, and mentor top-tier Loan Officers
• Manage branch financials to ensure profitability and growth
• Build strong referral relationships with real estate professionals, builders, and community partners
• Develop and execute a branch business plan to maximize success
• Provide expert guidance to borrowers, helping them choose the best loan options for their needs

Qualifications

• 5+ years of mortgage banking or retail branch banking experience (including 1+ year in a leadership role)
• A strong network of referral partners and proven ability to drive sales
• Deep knowledge of mortgage products, regulatory guidelines, underwriting, and closing procedures
• Active NMLS license
• A passion for leadership, mentorship, and delivering outstanding client experiences
