Responsibilities
- Lead global development and production of live touring experiences
- Oversee production aspects including design, installation, budget, and scheduling
- Manage creative vendors and ensure high-quality deliverables
- Facilitate timely feedback from key company teams involving creative reviews and vendor interactions
- Safeguard consistent creative vision across cross-functional teams
- Integrate production culture into collaborative working methods
- Conduct regular updates and meetings with stakeholders to gather feedback and report progress
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in live touring, focusing on large-scale projects
- Strong understanding of the music landscape, touring, and stakeholder relationships
- Proven ability to juggle multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail
- Leadership experience with a knack for setting context and hands-on involvement
- Creative problem-solving skills with a focus on innovative solutions
- Expertise in optimizing workflows and enhancing team efficiency
- Excellent verbal and digital communication skills
