This role will be based in our Long Beach offices, hybrid (in‑office 2 days/week), with occasional domestic and international travel to production sites.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end production logistics for shoots worldwide: pre-production scheduling, call sheets, shot-day timelines, and post-shoot wrap-up
• Source, book, and manage crew and on-camera talent (DPs, gaffers, sound, PAs, talent/actors), including contracts, rates, and releases
