We are seeking a full-time Producer in the Greater Denver area to drive the production process for filmmaking and commercial productions, managing every stage from planning to execution.
Responsibilities
- Partner with account/project managers to plan and execute production schedules that meet launch deadlines
- Creatively research and secure assets needed for production in advance
- Manage set construction, lighting, and sound plans
- Line produce locally and globally, including generating detailed schedules and budgets
- Oversee crew management on set and maintain clear communication
- Build connections with industry representatives to stay current with production trends
- Coordinate the entire production process, from concept to execution, for C-level local projects
- Manage budgets for each project/segment and negotiate with pre- and post-production companies
- Apply knowledge of marketing processes and diverse markets/products served
- Collaborate with producers to develop concepts, ideas, stories, and scripts
- Conduct research and gather information from available resources
- Actively contribute to the creative process by pitching ideas and assisting in story/script development
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Minimum of 2 years’ substantially similar work experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and content management software such as Sprinklr or WordPress
- Excellent communication, writing, and time management skills
- Detail-oriented, team-focused, and a driven problem solver with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Proven ability to generate and support pragmatic solutions
- Experience working in a collaborative team environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge and understanding of motion graphics
- Photography/videography skills for pre-production, production, and post-production activities
- Ability to recognize composition details such as light, space, contrast, and hierarchy
- Experience with AI creation tools (e.g., Mid Journey, Nano Banana, Sora, Firefly, Gemini)
- Knowledge of Figma for visual design compositions and adherence to design systems standards
