About the role

The role involves managing employee benefits programs, ensuring compliance with legal requirements, and providing support to employees regarding their benefits.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and administer various employee benefit plans including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
  • Ensure all benefit programs comply with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Communicate with employees about their benefits and answer any questions they may have.
  • Handle claims processing and ensure timely resolution of issues.
  • Prepare reports and provide data analysis related to benefit usage and program effectiveness.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in employee benefits administration.
  • Knowledge of federal and state employment laws and regulations.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel for data analysis.

Qualifications

  • Strong analytical skills to interpret benefit plan data and make informed decisions.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Experience with HRIS systems is a plus.
