About the role

Reporting to a manager or the Area Vice President, you will be responsible for the sales and renewal of business, receiving commissions, and participating in the TOP GUN program. This role primarily operates outside of the physical branch or office location.

Responsibilities

• Develop and successfully acquire new business revenue from new and existing clients.
• Manage and retain an existing book of business while pursuing new growth opportunities, including creating a specific business plan for growth.
• Follow up to address client needs and resolve any problems or issues.
• Train client personnel as necessary or as instructed by the Regional Manager.
• Ensure proper internal resources are involved with clients and introduce new products where appropriate.
• Provide weekly action reports along with leads and opportunities as instructed by Team Leaders.
• Present proposals to clients, ensuring all appropriate team members and resources are represented or in attendance.
• Follow Agency guidelines, policies, and procedures.
• Stay up to date with current market conditions and the status of competition.

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Proficient with MS Office Suite.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Minimum of two (2) years of automotive F&I experience and/or sales management experience.

Qualifications (Preferred)

• Associate and/or bachelor’s degree.
