About the role
Reporting to a manager or the Area Vice President, this position is for individuals whose primary responsibilities are in the sales and renewal of business, receiving commissions, and defined as "producer" by participation in the TOP GUN program. Business is primarily conducted outside of the physical location of the branch or office.
Responsibilities
- Develop and successfully acquire new business revenue from new and existing clients.
- Manage and retain existing book of business and pursue new opportunities for growth, including creating a specific business plan.
- Follow up to address client needs and resolve any problems or issues.
- Train client personnel as necessary or as instructed by Regional Manager.
- Ensure proper resources from within the organization are involved with the client and introduce new products, where appropriate.
- Provide weekly action reports along with leads and opportunities as instructed by Team Leaders.
- Present proposals to clients, ensuring all appropriate team members and resources are represented or attend.
- Follow Agency guidelines, policies, and procedures.
- Remain up to date with current market conditions and status of competition.
Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent (required).
- Associate and/or bachelor’s degree (preferred).
- Minimum of two (2) years automotive F&I experience and/or sales management experience.
Skills
- Proficient with MS Office Suite.
- Excellent communication skills.
Pay
$65,000.00 annual.
