Responsibilities

As a Producer Associate, you will play a key role in supporting our team by ensuring high-quality service and operational excellence. The successful candidate will:

• Demonstrate strong organizational and communication skills

• Provide outstanding support to clients, carriers, brokers, and internal team members

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree; no experience required
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a consistently positive, professional attitude
• Demonstrated problem-solving ability with strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks, adapt to changing priorities, and work effectively in a fast-paced, matrixed environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel, along with the ability to learn and navigate new systems and technology efficiently
