Produce Quality Control Inspector

Responsibilities

• Enforce Company standards and specifications through the inspection of inbound and outbound product to the warehouse.
• Minimize food safety risk issues through enforcement of quality control policies and procedures at the point of receiving.
• Assist receivers with validation of receiving weights and compliance with temperature guidelines.
• Assist receivers with the enforcement of sell and pack dates policies.
• Notify and monitor vendor compliance of quality control policies.
• Ensure that Company is in compliance with all governmental policies and that regulations regarding food safety issues are met.
• Maintain records of product spoilage and recap to management.
