Produce Manager needed to lead a fast-paced, guest-focused fresh produce department. You will oversee daily operations to ensure top standards of freshness, quality, and presentation for fruits and vegetables. Key Responsibilities Manage ordering and forecasting to support product availability and sales.Control inventory and reduce shrink through accurate tracking and follow-through.Merchandise seasonal and organic offerings to maximize visibility and customer appeal.Maintain food safety and sanitation standards in all produce areas.Train, coach, and support team members to promote a high-performance culture.Drive sales through exceptional guest service and engaging product displays.
