Responsibilities
- Aids in scheduling, staffing, and hiring to meet departmental needs
- Promotes career paths and development through succession planning
- Makes recommendations for disciplinary actions and employee discharges
- Achieves departmental profit and loss (P&L) goals by managing sales, labor, and margins
- Reviews sales goals, supply costs, stock loss, and shrink results
- Ensures exceptional customer service by managing product ordering, receiving, and stocking
- Ensures department cleanliness and adherence to food safety protocols
- Supervises and trains team members in the absence of the department manager
- Executes advertising set compliance and signs
- Maintains a safe and organized work environment
- Performs other daily tasks as required
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2-3 years of related retail experience
- One year of management experience
- Previous experience in a natural foods industry is a plus

Pay
The pay range for this position is $16.05 - $25.15 per hour. Specific pay rates will be within this range and based on your experience, qualifications, and skills compared to the internal team of this role.
