Produce Clerk

About the role

Produce Clerk is responsible for the proper stocking and rotation of merchandise in the produce and floral department, including trimming, watering, and merchandising of products to ensure fresh, high-quality offerings.

Responsibilities

• Stock and rotate produce and floral items to maintain freshness and quality.
• Trim, wash, and prepare produce items as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of produce and floral displays.
• Assist with other tasks as assigned by management.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in a retail setting preferred.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Good communication and customer service skills.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of produce and floral care practices.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Pay

$16.90 to $21.00 per hour.
