About the role

Join our El Super Store Operations Team as a Produce Clerk - #5 in North Hollywood. We serve our diverse communities with a vast assortment of grocery products from Latin America, authentic in-house service departments, and quality perishable items.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent Customer Service
• Clean, fill and rotate the perishable (produce) displays
• Assist customers
• Lift up to 50 lbs, bend, stand and stoop for prolonged periods

Requirements

• Read and comprehend simple instructions, product labels, product pricing codes, shelf tags, short correspondence, and memos
• Write simple correspondence
• Effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization
• Apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions
• Regularly lift and/or move up to 25 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 45 pounds, and occasionally lift and/or move up to 60 pounds

Qualifications

• Basic PC/Outlook skills
• Retail Management Certificate
