The Produce Clerk - 024 Houston-Fondren is a position within the Fiesta Mart Store Operations Team. Located at 11240 Fondren Rd., Houston, Texas, 77096.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent Customer Service
• Interact with general public and co-workers
• Read and comprehend simple instructions, product labels, product pricing codes, shelf tags, short correspondence, and memos
• Write simple correspondence
• Present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization
• Lift and/or move up to 25 pounds, frequently up to 45 pounds, and occasionally up to 60 pounds
• Assists customers, cleans, fills and rotates the perishable (produce) displays under the supervision of the Produce Manager
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs, bend, stand and stoop for prolonged periods

Requirements

• Ability to read and write Spanish/English
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, product labels, product pricing codes, shelf tags, short correspondence, and memos
• Ability to write simple correspondence
• Ability to present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds, frequently up to 45 pounds, and occasionally up to 60 pounds
• Ability to lift 50 lbs, bend, stand and stoop for prolonged periods

Qualifications

• Basic PC/Outlook skills
• Retail Management Certificate
