What you'll do...
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and thanking members, answering questions, and addressing their needs.
Ensure the area is clean and ready for members, receiving and stocking merchandise, and maintaining in-stock levels.
Adapt to new tools and encourage their use, making immediate business decisions related to production, training, and product quality.
Drive the performance of the area by utilizing digital tools, managing inventory, and ensuring quality and date control standards.
Model high-quality service and products, advocating for the department and the club, and demonstrating energy, commitment, and passion for the work.
Minimum Qualifications
Must be 18 years of age or older.
Preferred Qualifications
A passion for and experience with produce.
Experience with digital tools and ability to adapt to new technologies.
Ability to communicate effectively and positively influence team members.
