• Ensure a clean and member-ready area by maintaining inventory and controlling shrinkage.

• Use digital tools to drive sales and improve the shopping experience.

• Drive performance by managing the area, using digital tools, and addressing customer needs.

• Model high-quality service and products, and exhibit energy and commitment.

• Comply with company policies and procedures, and adapt to changes.

Minimum Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Preferred Qualifications

• A passion for and experience with produce.

• Experience with digital tools and technology.

• Ability to communicate effectively and positively influence team members.
