Job Summary

This position is within Cargill's Protein & Salt business, which provides high-quality food products to a wide range of customers, including food service operators, grocery stores, manufacturers, and exporters. The location is Dodge City, KS.

Responsibilities

• Recut fat, skin, defects, or contaminants from muscle and tissue
• Support processing of beef carcasses
• General use of knives or other tools
• Weigh, label, bag, package, and box finished product
• Ensure food safety and quality

Qualifications

• Legal to work in the United States without sponsorship visa
• Aged 18 or older
• Experience in meat processing preferred
• Previous experience in food production, manufacturing, or similar environment desirable
• Experience with knives
