Procurement Supervisor
About the role
The Procurement Supervisor (Supervisor I) oversees, plans, organizes, and supervises the personnel and programs of the Procurement Unit. This unit manages requests and processes contracts and purchases for IT and non-IT goods and services.
Responsibilities

- Ensure compliance with procurement policies and procedures
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
- Ensure timely and accurate procurement of goods and services
- Support the Business Services Manager (Supervisor II)
Requirements
This position requires a bachelor’s degree in business administration, public administration, or a related field, and one year of progressively responsible experience in procurement, contract management, or a related field. Alternatively, an equivalent combination of education and experience may be substituted.
Qualifications
Must have a valid California driver’s license and reliable transportation. Must be able to travel approximately 5% of the time, including overnight stays.
Skills
Strong organizational and administrative skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously are essential.

Pay
$7,172.00 - $8,910.00 per month, depending on experience and qualifications.
Schedule
Hybrid schedule, with approximately 5% travel required.
