Responsibilities
- Aid in the preparation and routing of procurement requests and supporting documentation.
- Perform data entry and maintain procurement tracking spreadsheets, logs, and status reports.
- Draft procurement-related correspondence, follow-up emails, and internal communications.
- Cook up vendor coordination and administrative office functions, including obtaining quotes, documentation, and procurement updates.
- Support purchase order tracking, invoice coordination, and procurement records management.
- Maintain organized electronic procurement files and documentation repositories.
- Track procurement timelines, deliverables, and action items.
- Assist with asset tracking and inventory documentation activities as needed.
- Coordinate software license assignments and maintain accurate tracking records for IT assets and licenses.
- Aid in reporting and process improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
- Zero to three years of relevant experience in procurement, administration, operations, or office support.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating across teams.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
Desired Qualifications
- Experience supporting procurement or contract-related activities.
- Familiarity with IT software, hardware, or the software development lifecycle.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Engineering or a related field.

Compensation
The projected compensation range for this position is $60,000 - $68,000 per year. Final salary for this position is determined based on factors such as individual qualifications, education, experience, and contractual limitations.
